Using your kit

Download the ZIP after checkout, extract it, and open the workbook in a compatible spreadsheet app. Save your own copy, fill the amber input cells, and keep the formula columns intact. The included guide explains every field.

What the estimates include

The calculator subtracts estimated fuel, your other entered costs, and a vehicle reserve you choose. It excludes personal taxes and any costs you haven’t entered. The spreadsheet uses fuel costs you enter directly. Vehicle reserves are planning set-asides, not automatic tax deductions.

Your calculator entries

This version does not save or send your calculator entries. They disappear when you reload the page. No marketing forms or analytics have been added. The hosting provider may process standard access and security logs.

Checkout and downloads

Purchases take place on Payhip, which will process order information under its own policies and those of its payment providers. ShiftKeep does not collect card details on this website.

Personal use

The downloads are for your own personal or driving-business use. You may edit and print your copy. Please do not resell or redistribute the files.
